The corner site was previously an abandoned lodge which was transformed into a small three unit residential development. Despite the houses having a very contemporary interior it was important that the final solution evoke the grain of the surrounding materials. The exterior materials of natural slate, rendered walls, cedar cladding & zinc triming blend well with the vintage fabric.
